Can I purchase a course for someone else?
Yes, you can purchase a course for your child/sister/friend/loved one.
To do so, please provide your contact details and those of the person for whom you are purchasing the course.
You can also make it a surprise, and the teacher will personally inform your loved one about the course.
How do I order a painting?
Contact us via your preferred messenger app and describe in detail what you want to see on the canvas. If you have any references ready, attach them to your message. If it is a portrait, it is important to discuss the number of people, details, and format. Also, prepare 3 to 5 good quality photos of each person from different angles. If you do not have such photos, they will need to be taken.
Can I study longer?
Each course has a recommended time allocation.
However, if you find yourself unable to keep up with the course material and assignments, we will adjust to your pace.
Why can identical canvases cost more?
Because these canvases are identical only in format, but not in quality. If quality is your main criterion, it is important to understand that a canvas that will serve you for 20 years instead of 5 cannot be very cheap.
Can I start studying later?
Yes. You can purchase the course and start studying in a few days/weeks,
whenever it is convenient for you. The training is individual, so you can adjust its start date.
How can I protect myself when ordering services from DWA?
Payment for services will be made to the official account of the sole proprietor, where you will receive a receipt from the bank. You can also sign a service agreement with DWA studio.
I want a personalized study plan. Is that possible?
Yes, you can take individual online lessons where we will work on your skills according to your requests and preferences.
Will there be an additional charge for making adjustments?
The first three minor adjustments are free of charge. All subsequent adjustments will require additional payment for the artist’s services.
Can I get a one-time consultation?
Yes, of course. This could be a one-time online consultation where you can get answers to your questions.
Can I bring a canvas for restoration?
Yes. But before starting work, you will need to see the canvas and agree on the details of the request.
Can I continue studying with the teacher after the course ends?
Yes, after completing the course, you can take individual online lessons where we will practice your skills according to your requests and preferences.
Can a DWA artist refine another artist’s work?
No, because there may be a conflict in the use of the quality and type of materials of two different artists. It is easier to create a new work with DWA.
I don’t need a teacher to accompany me in my studies. Is that possible?
Yes, you can refuse the teacher’s assistance when purchasing a course. However, in this case, the teacher will not be able to issue you a Certificate of Completion. Please take this into account.
Can I order a custom project at DWA studio?
After agreeing on all the details of the work in advance, a DWA studio artist will be able to provide you with services for creating a customized product as part of a separate project. DWA is open to collaboration.
